YW-1500E large-sized CNC circular winding machine is designed according to the technology requirements of large-sized circular coils, it is a new generation of circular winding equipment specially designed for solving the problem of large manual winding intensity, low working efficiency, incorrect turns of large-sized circular coils.
Features
1. PLC control system, with complete function and simple operation. It can perform the forward and reversal winding and counting operation,power failure protection, wire disconnection protection, stop brake, setup of winding position, location and fault prompt.
2. Main shaft control adopts the frequency-conversion stepless speed adjustment, with the characteristics of short driving chain, large driving torque, wide speed adjustment range, low noise
3. The speed control has two modes: automatic setup and foot switch speed adjustment.
4. Its wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high precision ball spline ,the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm.
Wide process range, through changing the different clamp,it can wind the coils of various casting voltage transformers.
